omg, this video makes me wish I was doing NaNoWriMO so much!!! I tried it last year, but nearly killed myself over it in just the first week. I wish I could have watched your video then. ;)
Jessie, You have your thesis this year. Then once it is over, you are free free free forever...and you can do NaNoWriMo every year---YAY! The very best thing about my thesis is that it is OVER!!! Done. I'm a free agent--whoo yoo--and have been for almost 5 years. You will be there very soon.
I gather much inspiration from your passion and enthusiasm for writing though, which helps. I know that if I hadn't done BE BRAVE I wouldn't be doing NaNoWriMo. I'm scared every darn day of this. I wake up scared. I do have fun, though, too. I am wanting the fear to soften as the days go by. I read your blog and it reminds me of the shift I am wanting to make.

Hey, I'm intimidated, too, but NaNoWriMo, every darn day, from the second I wake up. Then I go write until I'm done. Then I'm happy. I'm wanting to get happier earlier! Seriously, though, I am enjoying the process. I'm enjoying that I can do it THROUGH the fear and that I'm liking what I'm doing.
