Complaint Free World, the Early Days

If you'd like to find out more about creating a Complaint Free World, see my earlier post here. If you don't know how the complaint free bracelet works, find out how here. This video is 2:07.

Please see my Complaint Free Day counter in the right column. I am using an icon from Patty Digh via Rick and Rebecca's NO GWCC (gossip-whine-complain-criticize) Thank you!

Ho'omaika'i, Olivia!!

It is clear you are on the way to a GWCC-free life!

By the way, you can call me Rick, or you can call me Hamguin. Either is fine with me. Please don't call me "Rick Hamguin"...that's like calling you "Olivia Olivia". (grin)

You also need to send me your email address! (mine is on my blog front page) That way, I can wax poetic for paragraph after paragraph without fear of boring your blog readers. I know I won't bore you!

Thanks for the suggestion to use a makeshift bracelet until the real one arrives. I'll go find a broccoli rubber band now. :)

only someone like you could get her hairdresser to WANT to be video taped! :) you bring out the best in people!

ps.
is it wrong of me to feel bad for you that you have to keep yourself from swearing in the car? i mean, it's good not to get mad at people because it's negative energy and that never does anyone good. but swearing, especially in the car, well...it's so much fun! :)- can you swear because you're so darn happy? yeah...i bet that would be even better. heehee!

It's good to hear from you, Claire! Thank you for your support. I read many blogs that I don't comment on. Sometimes I think that there is nothing I can say to contribute...at other times the posts affect me so profoundly that I want to let them marinate first. I appreciate knowing that you're in my cheering section, and I'm sure Rick does too. Love and peace, O

Kelly, It's astounding how much the simple physical act of moving the bracelet to the other arm brings slips to the awareness. I think you'll find the same thing. Blessings and peace, O

Angela,

I'm so glad! You'll know if/when you're ready, and you'll learn from all of our mistakes as well :) Blessings and joy to you today, O

Kate, Thanks! Lisa is a sweetie and she's been cutting my hair for four years. And really, my hair always looks great when I leave. It just likes to do its own thing at home. Of course, it would help if I were into styling it more. Thanks for your support, Love and blessing, O

Jessie, thank you for your warm support, as always :)

That's a provocative question about the car swearing. I don't think that happy car swearing would be complaining but shouts of joy...but then, I don't know. And I've struggled with the whole authenticity issue. On the other hand, I hear that just doing this whole process transforms your life, health, etc. and gives you seemingly unrelated results.

I haven't gotten conscious enough about it yet to reap any real benefits, but it's a process, and I am learning to be aware. I read the stories in the book and even in our community and---I want that---I want what they have and are getting. So we'll see. I'm sure I'll have more insight once I really commit to this. I'll blog about this later.

It's always good to "see" you Jessie. Love and blessings today, O
