Hi Sweetie,Just got caught up with you here and I love the vlogs and the series you're doing about combating depression! I do want to mention one thing I have found so very helpful with depression, and that is fish oil. You may already be taking it and just not have shown it on your vlog, but I think it was extremely helfpul in really curing the depression I suffered with. Asian people, Eskimos, all people that have a lot of fish in their diets rarely get depressed! And thanks for reminding me of the Vitamin D - it's been pretty gray here lately and I haven't been able to get out much.The class sounds fantastic. Can't wait to hear more about it.And oh yeah, Olivia, seeing you on those little videos always makes me smile. You just make me feel good.
