Back to Blogging

I've long since come back from vacation (three weeks ago) and have finally returned to blogging. I hope you enjoy this 4:07 movie!

Hi Olivia! Welcome back!

Just so you know, I was unable to view video - says it's 'private' (??)

Thanks, Patti; it's fixed now. I had to figure out how to upload a video from my Flip video camera to my computer (new Mac) and then get it into YouTube. It ends up that I can export it right into YouTube, but the defaults were set to interesting things (like private viewing) unbeknownst to me. It's good to hear from you! And I love your icon, so like your beautiful picture that I won. Blessings and love, O

O--

It is wonderful to again be journeying with you on your driveway. I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say when you next post or vlog!

Hey there! Welcome back! And I'm so glad my little journey was some small source of inspiration and connection for you. You've hit it dead on - relationships is what it's all about.

At this point anyway, it feels better to be deeply known and cared for by a few core people than to be known only in shallow ways by a lot of people. I'm not sorry for the journey I took, nor does it feel like failure. It was a learning experience for me - one that I will cherish as I continue to grow in my understanding of what I need and what I want to put out into the world.

Olivia,

Oh I am so glad you are back. I love the hair by the way, it looks natural on you. Also I do think you have something of value. I struggle with that sometimes. Like wanting to have tons of comments and wonder why I don't. Decided to just let that go an be who I am. If I get comments great if not thats great too. Its the process thats important for me. The sharing, the words the art and the connection. I am so glad we connected when we did.

Love,
Kate

Glad to know you are back in the fold of blogland friends. I so appreciate your new goals for blogging - I have been working with some comparison issues myself and realizing my own intrinic value is such a relief in lots of ways...at least it is on the days I remember it!;)
Glad to know you are feeling well. I will be back soon for some more catching up.
much love !
Kim
