In Seattle for a Seminar

So I'm glad to be back to blogging on a regular basis, even though it is under such sad circumstances and some pictures here. I am thinking that it's the last thing that Chani will help me with.

I wanted to tell everyone that I'm in Seattle for a wellness seminar that I'll write more about later. I'll be here four days and it's very physical. I'm quite a homebody so this is a change, but worth it for better health.

But I just wanted to say hello to all and to wish each of you a good weekend.

It's weird that the fastest, easiest way to get a quick snapshot in here of the Space Needle from my room was to take a picture with my phone, upload it to Twitter, download it to my hard drive, and upload it to Blogger. Up and down and up. About three minutes.

Love and blessings to each and every one of you.

Enjoy Seattle! Hang in there. I know this is a difficult time... ( Glad you are blogging through it though)

Thanks, Kristine. It is, and it feels weird to go on posting when Chani is dead. It feels sacriligious or something. However, I know that's a normal grieving feeling. Life does indeed go on, and I am thankful to have blogging to help with it.

Most importantly it keeps me in touch with friends like you, who mean so much.

Love, love, love, O

Greetings...and can't wait to hear about your wellness seminar.

And I'm so sorry to hear that Chani has departed this life. I read her blog from time to time and I remember an entry about wanting to live in a cottage designed by Monet. For some reason that really struck a chord in me.

When something like this happens, it does make us pause and reflect on our life... and letting others know what they mean to us. My birthday is June 1st and I'm working on letters to some special people in my life, to present to them on my birthday so they will know what they mean to me.

My thoughts go out to you...may you find peace in your memories of Chani.... and know that I'm sending lots of hugs and love your way.

Hi, Ang, Yes, I will blog about it soon. Introvert that I am, it took everything out of me although it was super-wonderful. I'll drive home tomorrow and blog about it very, very soon.

What a wonderful gift to give people on your birthday, and what a perfect way to celebrate.

Thank you so much for the love and hugs, Ang. I so appreciate the support, O

Olivia, I hope you come away from the seminar with lots of great information and idea's that pave the way to all aspects of wellness for yourself.

Low energy and pain can be debilitating but it's so worth the effort to keep trying to find something that works.

Kate I, I absolutely did and I will be blogging about it soon. I keep saying this, but it's going to happen:) the seminar was life-changing.

Thank you for the Big Love, Kim. I miss her SO!

Oh, Deborah, you'll like it, I think...I am so not rested up, still, despite 14 hours of sleep last night.

I did, Kate. It was e.x.h.a.u.s.t.i.n.g for this introvert, though. I will be blogging soon.

Thank you my friends. I am grateful for you. Much love, O
