I really liked your video!
You have a lovely voice.
I like being alone too. I think I could live as a hermit as well.

Glad to hear you are doing so well!
XO,
melba

Olivia, it's so good to see and hear you feeling good. Alone time can certainly be restorative. I'm really glad you're back in blogland after your little break, and hope all is well with you. Thans for sharing a little bit of your beautiful space with us.

Such a beautiful forest of trees you live amongst. You look really well O and you sound like your 'retreat' has restored your sense of peace. Keep taking care of you. x

You look really good, Olivia. You look less stressed than I think I've ever seen you. What I notice most is that you've slowed down. You seem calmer.

The TrueHope is also helping me. Except for a blip of anxiety or mood swing around PMS and again around ovulation time, I have had nothing but anxiety-free, very manageable days since they kicked in.

Thanks, Melba! With you two kiddos, you must be starved though for time alone. I don't know how you manage to be creative in the midst of raising a family, but you do an incredible job of it. The videos, the books, the group, the projects, and raising your family---taking care of yourself too. Peace and rest, O

Kelly,

Thank you! I really appreciate hearing your perspective on that. Oddly, I am still in the midst of personal storms but I do indeed feel centered and peaceful much if not most of the time.

I do credit a lot of it to the TrueHope supplements---that is a physiological foundation that has changed my life dramatically. Then secondly, to my newfound faith-after-the-crisis in which I've learned...or rather I'm learning...to let go. To deal with the problems of the day. To live in the present and not anticipate the future.

Thank you, my friend,

Love, O
